HOW TO USE

When using with a cotton pad, soak the pad and gently wipe it over your entire face and neck. Do this 2 - 3 times to get rid of impurities and dead skin cells. When using with your hands, apply a moderate amount of toner to your face and neck. Pat gently for better absorption. For extra hydration, place a toner - soaked pad on your skin and leave it on for 10 minutes.
